Natalie Morrison
Original Co-Founder | Host | Producer Natalie is a music industry advocate, storyteller, and marketing strategist with over ten years of experience bringing projects with purpose to life. As Senior Segment Marketing Specialist for Education at Yamaha Corporation of America, she champions music educators and drives strategic impact in the space.
She is the co-founder, host, and producer of the ReVoicing the Future Podcast, a platform celebrating women's voices and career journeys across the music industry. She also serves as brand and content manager for the Arts Ed Data Project, and holds board positions the American String Teachers Association.
At her core, Natalie is driven by advocacy, education, and storytelling — working toward a more equitable music industry for all.
Original Co- Founder Stephanie Lamond
Stephanie Lamond works in the intersections of creativity and healing as a musician, writer, and counselor. Based between San Diego and San Francisco, she creates folk music as Lucky Lamond and contributes to Backline’s work connecting music people to mental health and wellness resources. As a counselor, she practices from an Existential, Narrative, Somatic, and Expressive Arts lens, with a special focus on grief and the life cycle honed during her time working in hospice.
She writes about it all on her Substack, Unpaved Roads. She co-founded ReVoicing the Future along with Natalie, serving as Co-Host and Co-Producer through Season 5, and continues to contribute to the podcast ongoing.
JULIA OLSEN
Producer | EditorJulia Olsen is a Producer, Singer, Songwriter, Mix Engineer and Podcast Editor. Known for her creativity both behind the microphone and soundboard. With each note, edit and creative sparkle, Julia enhances projects with the approach of being a “Professional Listener”.
As a Singer, Songwriter, Producer, Composer, Mix and Mastering Engineer, Julia fully designs every aspect of her music for her listeners to experience the sonic vision she has for each song. Characterized by her ethereal voice and contemplative lyrics, Julia's music is known for symphonic soundscapes, blending the beauty of a ballad with the intensity of a cinematic story, for a unique creation of honest songs. Julia describes her music as "ethereal folk with cinematic influences", coloring between the lines of creative vision and the technical imagination of engineering, to create music that's strikingly original in full color.
As the podcast editor of ReVoicing the Future Julia has helped elevate the industry with the focus of bringing more women into the spotlight through her work in Pro Audio.
